I love Sabo Skirt so much. It's so impressive that they are only 1.5 years old and still a small company but are competing with the big players like Nasty Gal and Forever 21. I have purchased many items off Sabo Skirt and every time I have been extremely pleased with what they deliver. My friend had a mix up with one order but they sent a new item AND let her keep the original mixed up item!!!! Amazing customer service!!!

I am a regular Saboskirt customer and absolutely love them! I get excited for their new arrivals every week and even more excited for my purchases to arrive.
I've had one mixed up order which arrived. They sent a replacement item to me straight away.

Negligent business practices

Received an incorrect item in the mail. Took me two emails and having to post on their instagram accout to finally hear from the store. (I noticed other customers having to resort to that as well.)
I demanded a refund of the return shipping costs, as it cost me nearly $40 to send back an incorrect item for which they only refunded me for half.
While the clothing is appealing, the marked up prices and negligent business practices turn me away from purchasing from them again.

Sabo Skirt issued a refund and they send a new skirt as well with no charge.

DO NOT BUY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND SEND YOU RIP CLOTHING.
My little sister bought a skirt that's very popular on their website for $70 (include s+h) It's a lace crocheted skirt. When she received the package, she opened it up and to her horror it is ripped in 3 places! The lace/crochet flower is ripped. The area of the skirt is ripped. It's very noticeable.The threads fell apart, and the lining of the skirt has restitching marks. This is $70 skirt! What kind of business find it acceptable to send out this ripped/unwearable items? She received it today & I took pictures of it right away as proof. I am furious, this is like stealing money from consumer & sending them garbage. Here is the link to the pic:
I'm posting this on every site to let people know how unprofessional this company is. Is it because we are US consumer so they don't care about quality or customer service? & They don't care about losing one customer? They deleted the complaint and pic on their facebook page.
