Bad Customer Service and lack of Intergrity!!!!

We are very very disappointed with Gap store both in store and online. I went to the store on Jan 30, 2016 at WolfChase mall in Germantown Memphis, TN, they did not have my size and some of the jeans there were on sale, so the manager and one of the representatives that work there says they could place the order online and they would match the price since my size was not there. It took him one hour after having so much difficulties such as I had to contact my card company Etc...ordering it with their different portable iPhone card reader devices, still mistyped my email but luckily they linked my order with my phone number.
Issues I had did not receive any email confirmation or receipt confirmation from the guy when I talked to him (Darren) and David the manager they were laughing saying be patient the email would come. Until today I have not received any email from them about the order only what he showed me was the prices for both jeans and the order number given me was not the order number linked with the order just received today.
All of you ordering or buying from Gap store beware of representatives using your information for fraudulent activities like mines they used.
Make sure you get a receipt stating what you paid for it because they will change your prices without you knowing if you do not pay attention.
I Would NEVER USE GAP AGAIN. There is no intergrity and transparency with their dealings. Clients Please BEWARE!!!!!!!!
