Terrible customer service

I'm really frustrated with this store's customer service. I ordered some items online, and have done so many times in the past. Usually they let you return things you don't want to the store, the exception being if you don't have the original receipt. And here's the kicker: whoever packaged my items left out the invoice. The Loft, even though it was their fault, will not let me return my items to the store. They refuse to resend me the receipt they forgot to give me in the first place. I now have to pay for return shipping, go buy a box to put the clothes in since they were so cheap they sent me my things in a flimsy plastic bag, and wait days upon days to get my money back. I find that terribly rude, and am completely turned off. I definitely won't be shopping here again anytime soon, and will be telling all my friends to do the same. (Not to mention you Yelpers!)

Do not buy Ann Taylor products online. They have horrible customer service and do not respect nor reward loyalty. Go elsewhere!
