This was the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I purchased $200 of bathing suits from 6ks at the beginning of the summer. Although my money was taken immediately it wasn't until nearly 3 months later that I received my shipment, and this was after multiple emails, excuses, apologies, etc. I told them to cancel my order and refund my money- and only at that time did they decide to ship out my purchase. I told them to provide me with a return shipping label to return the product and they refused to pay for the return shipment. To make matters worse the clothing does not fit as their sizes are about 2 sizes smaller than American sizes. The quality is poor and it smells like the clothing was soaked in gasoline- the fumes are unbearable. Now I'm not confident that even if I return the product they will refund the money. Their response to my request for a return shipping label was sorry, they'll work on having better customer service. Learn from my experience and spend the extra money to buy from a company you already trust- NOT 6ks.
