Wow, MET Costco’s price again!!!! We will see how long this “ me too” attitude will last, my guess is not long, so be on the lookout, Sams will be the price leader shortly!

Costco dropped the gas price to $2.29 and Sams matched it for about 2 hours. Now Sams is $2.32. Highest price again, as usual!

Costco still has the best gas price! $2.33 to Sams $2.38. Both were quick to get to $2.50 when the hurricane hit but Costco has reduced prices faster and further than Sams, store 6066. Are ALLsams prices higher than Costco.

sams club was quick to raise their gas price 41 cents a gallon when Hurricane Harvey but verrrry slow to adjust it back down. They are back to $2.43 now but have been consistently higher than Costco (2.38). Costco is and has been a better value than sams. I wonder if all prices at sams than Costco.

I read where someone else wrote a review that sounded just like my experience....the worst customer service....rude, incompetent and down right hateful. I ask the girl if I needed to stop by to get a new card since my renewal had expired. She jumped on me like I had ask for a free year of supplies and when I asked to talk to someone else she told me I would talk to her or she would immediately disconnect, The 1st girl I had talked to earlier sounded like she had a mouthful of bananas and I could not understand a word she was saying.

There was so much background noise I wasn't even sure if she heard me and seemed totally uninterested or distracted. I will ask for a name and service center if I ever need to ask another question which more than likely won't happen because I do not intend to renew my membership again. I don't use Sam's that often and it is a drive for me to get to one of the stores. I feel like I paid Sam's Club to be treated with contempt.
Food from China

I sent my husband food shopping at Sam's Club. He bought 2 large bags of Salmon that said wild caught in USA, but in very fine print said processed in China. He also bought bag of garlic cloves. As soon as I saw they didn't have roots , I knew they were not from USA. Checked bag and they were from China as well. It is know that they still use cancer causing pesticides that are banned for use in USA. I am now stuck with this "food" that I will not eat! If Sam's can't sell food grown, caught, raised & processed in USA, then I will shop somewhere else. At the very least things should be labeled so you can see without use of magnifying glass and searching through entire labeling! Sam's NO CHINA FOOD please!

I hate this store. This is the most unhappy place on earth. Most of the management and the associate's are rude and arrogant. They treat delivery people like garbage, so rude obnoxious. The fat pig of a woman in daily receiving should have been fired years ago. She is a racist and a waste of oxygen. I would not buy anything from this store location.

After spending $1,117.02 to purchase five new Michelin Tires for my 2001, F-150 pickup truck on 12/24/2014. I returned to the store on 2/24/2015 to purchase four new tires for my 2004, F-150 Super crew truck. This time spending $868.21.

The next day, 2/25/2015 I noticed the bolt cover for the tire rim was missing from my rear tire. I immediately called the tire center and made the female aware of my discovery. She put me on hold and checked their garage for the bolt cover which was not found. "I've owned this 2004 for eleven years and have never lost a bolt cover. Who do I talk to regarding a replacement?"

"Monica is our manager, but I don't think she is coming in today because of the weather. I'll have her call you tomorrow."

Monica never returned my telephone call. A few days later, I spoke with a male in customer service. Relayed the same information. He too, informed me that Monica was the manager and she should have called me back. "Please give me your name and telephone number, I'll have her call you." Meanwhile, the man did call me back to inform me Monica wasn't coming in today. But I'll make sure she get your information."

Monica never called me. On 3/10/2015, I ordered a new bolt cover from Upper Marlboro Ford which cost $98.11. I would like to be reimbursed for the cost. Further, Monica is a piss poor manager. A customer who spent $1,985.23 in your store shouldn't have to beg for a return telephone call or $98.11 reimbursement for a missing bolt cover.
